Since the implementation of ＂Property Law＂, ＂Housing Registration Measures＂, people has growing concern on buying houses for their own area. In recent years, house buyers and sellers dispute focusing mainly on housing a total area of measurement and assessment; this is precisely the persistent housing problems. In this paper, from an intermediary＇s point of view with the spirit of fair and impartial, protecting the legitimate rights and interests of developers and tenants as a starting point, based on years of practical work in the exploration and research, the effective solutions of housing a total area of measurement and assessment are proposed for reference.
