摘要
今天许多中国企业已经在国际工程市场上占据了一定的地位,享有了一定的知名度。但是中国企业大多属于人力资源密集型企业在国际项目中投入的人力和设备过多,而经营和管理方法没有及时改进,容易给企业和国家造成一定的经济损失。笔者根据自己在国外项目中多年的施工和管理经验结合现在国际工程的现状,总结从事国际工程应该注意的问题。
Today, many Chinese enterprises have occupied a certain position in the international construction market and enjoy certain popularity. However, most Chinese enterprises are human resource-intensive enterprises in international projects,they put too much manpower and equipment but operation and management methods do not improve in time which is easy to bring a certain economic losses to enterprises and nation. Based on the author's many years experience in foreign project construction and management and combined with current international status of the project,it summed up in the problems projects should pay attention to in the international project.
