摘要
粮食中汞含量测定是粮食的常规卫生检测项目,由于检测方法的差异而导致检测结果偏差较大,本文依据平时应用原子荧光光谱仪检测粮食中汞含量的工作心得,就此问题与检测同仁进行探讨。
Determination of mercury in food is a routine health inspection of food items. Due to differences in detection,the test results have deviations. Based on our usual atomic fluorescence spectrometry detection of mercury in food work experience,the issue is discussed.
