由于人类的活动,加剧了大气的温室效应,使得地球空间热散射变慢,而致地球变暖。全球气候变暖已成为全球关注的重大问题。环境政策的当务之急是立即着手采取措施,使全球总的碳的循环大致保持平衡。在这方面,森林和林业能起到决定性作用。
Human activities increase aggravates the atmospheric greenhouse effect which makes earth＇s space heat scattering slow and renders global warming. Global warming has become a major concern. Environmental policy＇s top priority is immediately taking measures to keep balance of total global carbon cycle. In this context, forests and forestry can play a decisive role.
