摘要
本文研究了提取枸杞低聚糖工艺中的除脂、除胶等影响因素,确定了最佳工艺,通过气相色谱得到枸杞低聚糖是由葡萄糖、阿拉伯糖、蔗糖组成。
This paper studies the influencing factors of grease removal,resin removal extracted from wolfberry oligosaccharide to determine the best technology. Wolfberry oligosaccharides obtained by gas chromatography is composed of glucose,arabinose,sucrose.
