本文从空调企业的实际应用出发,通过对码垛技术背景的调研,确认了包装箱自动堆叠技术的必要性。对比目前五种码垛方式的优劣,着重对龙门式码垛工作站的组成、工作原理、工艺流程、适用性、控制技术进行阐述,并总结了成品包装龙门码垛技术应用的前景。

This article confirms the necessity of packing box stacking technology from the air conditioning business application through the background research. Compared with the present five ways of stacking the pros and cons,the composition of gantry palletizing workstation,principle, process,application of control technologies are described,and the product packaging gantry palletizing technology prospects are summarized.
