摘要
:研究广东地区健康青年人鼻声反射参数:鼻限流节段的部位、鼻腔最小横截面积(NMCA)、鼻腔容积(NCV)和鼻阻力(NR)的正常值,以及它们之间的关系。方法:应用声反射鼻测量计对276例该地区健康青年进行测试,同时对所得到的各种峰型进行分析。结果:73%鼻腔限流节段的部位位于鼻内孔稍后,距前鼻孔的距离(DCAN)为:男1.36±0.53cm,女1.06±0.46cm,两者之间存在显著性差异(P<0.05);男女之间的NMCA,MCV及NR无显著性差异。经过多元回归检验,NR与NMCA的相关性最大,与NCV的相关性次之,而与DCAN的相关性不大。结论:提示鼻瓣的意义不在于其位置,而在于其大小;界声反射测量为一种准确客观的鼻腔通气状态测量手段,但不同的人群应有不同的鼻声反射参数的正常值,注意了这一点才可以广泛地用于科研和临床。
Objective :In order to study the site of nasal parameters,nasal minimal cross-sectional area (NMCA),nasal cavity volume (NCV),nasal resistance (NR) and the relations among them. Method: 276 younger adultof normal Cantonese ware tested by ECCOVISION acoustic rhinometer. Result: The results were as follows:72. 95 % NMCA in subjects are positioned at internal nostril. The distance from the position of NMCA to the nostril is 1. 36± 0. 53 cm in male,and 1. 06± 0. 46 cm in female. There was no difference in NMCA,NCV and NR between male and female. There was significant relationship between the NR and NMCA. There was relationshipbetween the NR and NCV,and there was little relationship between the NR and DCAN. Conclusion:Acoustic rhi-nometry is a new objective rhinometric method,but different race must have its standard respectively.
