应用型自动复叠制冷技术研究

摘要 自动复叠制冷可以比两级压缩在-60℃左右制冷时节能30~50%。作者创新了自动复叠制冷技术的理论,制作了小型试验机组试验,证明了理论的正确。又制作应用型试验样机试验,取得成功,为该技术的推广应用打下了基础,可在食品、石油、化工等企业推广应用,节能减排效果显著,技术市场潜力巨大。 Auto-cascade refrigeration system can consume less energy than two-stage refrigeration system by 30-50%. The author invents a new theory about auto-cascade refrigeration, and makes a small-scale prototype, which proves the theory is correct. Then a larger prototype is made and the experiment is successful as a basis for the application of this technology. It's significant in energy-saving and has giant market potential when applied in food, oil and chemical industry.
