关于经济学中人力资本理论的历史考察——以文献考察为主

Historical Review on Human Capital Theory in Economics-mainly on Literature Review

通过文献考察,在对主要经济学观点中的人力资本思想进行评析的基础上,对经济学中人力资本理论产生与发展的历史脉络进行了梳理,提出人力资本虚无论、存在论、增值论、投资论、运营论等五个阶段的划分,以期对人力资本理论历史的研究有所助益。

Through the literature review,the paper,based on the analysis of human capital in main economics perspectives,combs the historical network of generation and development on human capital theory in economics,and proposes the division of five stages including the theory of nothingness,the theory of existence,the theory of value-adding,the theory of investment and the theory of operation,so as to be useful to the historical study of human capital theory.
