To Speed up Border Trade and Economic Development and Raise the Level of Border Opening

在印度总统访问中国商讨两国合作机制建设事宜不久,我国政府总理温家宝到济州岛与韩国总统李明博、日本首相鸠山由纪夫举行第三次中日韩领导人会谈并通过《2020合作展望》,中国和平崛起注重与环中国圈国家建立友好关系和经济合作机制,对于亚洲安全稳定、合作发展、文化交融产生显著效果,也奠定了大力发展边贸的基础。我们应该不失时机地解决边贸存在的问题,完善和加强边贸制度供给和政策效果,促使中国改革开放政策产生更为积极的经济和社会效应,提升中国的国际竞争力与爱好和平国家的形象。

After the Indian President visited China to discuss building bilateral cooperation mechanisms,China Premier,Wen Jiabao,went to Jeju Island and held the third meeting with leaders of China,Japan and South Korea with South Korean President Lee Myung-bak and Japanese Prime Minister Hatoyama Yukio.The meeting has passed ＂Outlook for 2020＂.China＇s peaceful rise focusing on establishing friendly relations and economic cooperation mechanism with rim countries has a significant effect on Asian security and stability,cooperation and development and cultural blending,and also lay the foundation for developing border trade.We should seize the opportunity to solve the problems of border trade,improve and strengthen the effects of the supply system and policy of border trade,promote the China＇s reform and opening up to produce a more positive economic and social effects and enhance China＇s international competitiveness and the image of peace-loving country.
