摘要
目的:了解次声引起应激反应的中枢机制.方法:采用反转录PCR方法,研究了8Hz,120dB次声作用后不同时间引起大鼠下丘脑c-fosmRNA及促肾上腺皮质激素释放因子(CRF)mRNA的表达情况.结果:8Hz,120dB次声作用2h,于作用后0.5hc-fos与CRFmRNA均开始明显表达,随时间延长,表达渐增强,c-fos于2h达高峰,至4h基本消失;CRF于3h达高峰,至5h基本消失.结论:次声作用后c-fos与CRFmRNA的表达可能是次声引起应激反应的中枢分子机制.
AIM: To explore the central nerves mechanism ofinfrasound induced stress. METHODS: The expression of cfos and cortiootropin--releasing factor (CRP ) mRN A in hypothalamus after infrasound exposure of rats had been investigated by reverse transcription polyserase chain reaction(RT--PCR) method. RESULTS: Rats exposed to 8 Hz, 120dB infrasound for 2 h, after 0. 5 h the c-fos mRNA and CRFmRNA were significantly expressed in the hypothalamus ofrats. The c--fos mRNA expression disappeared in 4 h after infrasound exposure; otherwise, the CRF mRNA expressiondisappeared in 5 h. CONCLUSION: The result suggestedthat c--fos and CRF take some important role in infrasound induced stress.
