This paper is about integration of multi-media technology and college English teaching.From aspect of teaching activities,it has produced a significant impact on the traditional college English teaching both in the content and the mode of teaching,and improved teaching effect,promoted teaching reform,impulsed the process of teaching modernization.At the same time,we should pay attention to how to use the multi-media technology in proper way.
