As the improving of the compter technology,the functions of computer undergo leapfrogging development with each passing day.Consequently,the computer has taken the place of the teacher＇s assistant on certain aspects in multi-media foreign language teaching.According to pedagogy the paper emphasizes that the teacher and students should do some changing in their traditional role.
