基于HPN模型的化工间歇过程动态特性分析

摘要 混合Petri网是一种数形结合的建模工具,可以表示离散事件系统和连续时间系统在同一层次的直接交互。该文在给出HPN基本概念、IFS向量和相图分析方法的基础上,针对一个具体的化工间歇过程,建立HPN模型和相图,系统描述了这个化工过程的混杂动态特性。结果验证了本方法的可行性和有效性,为化工间歇过程的建模、仿真和分析提供了一种新途径,具有较高的理论和应用价值。 Hybrid Petri net is a mathematical and graphical modeling tool,which can represent the direct interaction of discrete event systems and continuous-time systems at the same level.In this paper,the basic concepts of HPN,IFS vector and phase diagram analysis were given,and they were applied to a specific chemical batch process for the establishment of its HPN model and phase diagram which could systematically describe dynamic characteristics of the hybrid chemical process.Results show the feasibility and effectiveness of this method,and it is a new approach for modeling and simulation and analysis of chemical batch process and has a high theoretical and practical value.
