中国老年前期女性血沉参考值与海拔高度的关系

Relationship between reference value of Chinese early old women's erythrocyte sedimentation rate and altitude

目的：为制定中国老年前期女性血沉参考值的统一标准提供科学依据．方法：收集了中国各地用温氏法测定的健康老年前期女性血沉参考值，用回归分析的方法研究了其与海拔高度的关系．结果：发现随着海拔高度的逐渐增大，老年前期女性血沉参考值逐渐减小，相关性很显著．用一元回归分析的方法推导出了一个回归方程Ｙ＝２３．６３—０．００３９３Ｘ±９．６８．结论：如果知道了中国某地的海拔高度，就可以用回归方程估算这个地区的老年前期女性血沉参考值．

AIM: To supply a basis for uniting the referencevalue standard of Chinese early old women's ESR. METHODS: A research was made about relationship between thereference value of Chinese healthy early old women's ESR andaltitude, which were determined by the way of wintrobelows. RESULTS: The reference value of Chinese early oldwomen's ESR decreased gradually with the altitude increasinggradually. The correlation was quite obvious. Applying themethod of mathematical regression analysis, one regression equation, Y= 23. 63 - 0. 00393X 9. 68, was obtained. CONCLUSION: If altitude is known in some areas, the referencevalue of Chinese early old women's ESR of this area can bereckoned by using regression equation.
