摘要
制动器是保证车辆安全行驶的重要装置。制动器试验台是测试制动器性能和质量的试验装置,采用微分方程模型及相关的物理学知识对制动器试验台的控制方法问题进行分析与研究,综合考虑模拟过程中可能出现的影响试验结果的多种因素,对初始模型做出层层改进,使误差减小到最小。该方法为检测机动车辆装配质量,评价制动器的综合性能以及提高制动器性能等做出了重要贡献。将该理论应用于车辆制动性能的研究的方法是科学的、有效的。
Brake is important to ensure the safety of vehicles traveling device.Brake test bench to test the brake performance and quality of test device.Using differential equation model and the related physics test-bed for brake control method for the analysis and research,this paper take into the simulation process that may occur in a variety of factors affect the test results on the initial model to make improvements at every level,so that error reduced to a minimum.On the detection of motor vehicle assembly quality,and evaluate its overall performance,improve brake performance has made an important contribution.The theory is applied to vehicle braking performance of the study is a scientific and effective.
