多药耐药蛋白P-gp170在膀胱癌中的表达及意义

Expression and sianificance of P-gp170 in bladder cancer

目的：研究膀胱癌的多药耐药性．方法：应用免疫组织化学方法检测１０例膀胱移行细胞癌和２０例正常膀胱粘膜组织中Ｐ－ｇｐ１７０的表达．结果：膀胱癌组织与正常膀胱粘膜之间的Ｐ－ｇｐ１７０性表达率有显著差异，丝裂霉素Ｃ灌注化疗后复发肿瘤Ｐ－ｇｐ１７０阳性表达率明显高于初发肿瘤结论：说明Ｐ－ｇｐ１７０介导的多药耐药是膀胱肿瘤化疗后复发的重要因素．

AIM: To elucidale the Multidrug Resistance(MDR ) in bladder cancer. METHODS: The expression of P-gp170 In 20 normal bladder samples and 40 bladder movingcell cancer specimens was detected by immunohistochemistry.RESULTS: There is statistically difference of P-gp 1 70 expression rate between bladder cancer and normal bladder. Recurrenl bladder cancer is more likely to express. p--gp than pri-mary tumor. CONCLUSION: The P-gp--mediated MDR maybe an important cause of relapsing of bladder cancer which hastreated by chemotherapy.
