摘要 目的:研制既有抗感染能力又有较高成骨活性的新型骨移植材料.改进开放性骨损伤以及感染后骨不连、骨缺损的治疗.方法:制备400g/L明胶包裹16mg庆大霉素的条型重组合异种骨,植入污染的兔桡骨节段性骨缺损模型.观察其感染发生及骨修复情况.结果:庆大霉素重组合异种骨(gen-tamicin-reconstituedbonexenograft,G-RBX)植入组无一例发生感染,术后2wk内白细胞计数显著低于其他对照组,16wk后全部获得骨性愈合;而未复合庆大霉素的重组合异种骨植入组10只动物中2例死于金葡菌败血症,其余8只均发展为慢性骨髓炎.结论:庆大霉素重组合异种骨一期植入污染病灶能有效的清除感染,促进骨修复,同时避免全身应用抗生素的毒副作用. AIM: To prepare a new kind of bone transplantation which has anti infective function and high osteogenesis atthe same time. METHODS: Encysted 16 mg gentamicin and400 g/L gelatin dilution .massive reconstitued bone xenograft(RBX ) was implanted into infected osseous defects of rabbitradius Infection and bone repair were observed and determined. RESULTS: In gentamicin--reconstitued bone xenograft(G--RBX ) implanted group, no one case of infection occured,and leucocyte count was dramatically lower than controlgroups in two weeks after operation. Bony union was observedin all ten animals of experimental group after 16 weeks. Twoof ten none G RBX implanted animals were dead by staphylo-cocoal septicemia. The other eight rabbits developed chronicosteomyelitis. CONCLUSION: Primary implantation of G-RBX into contaminated focus can prevent infection and promote bone union. Moreover, the side effects of parenteral ad-ministration of antibiotics can be avoided.
