摘要
通过对螺旋拉刀制造现状的分析，提出了新的制造方案，建立了与一次磨出沟槽两侧刃口的新方案对应的通用几何模型，并用12种不同齿形拉刀的算例验证了方案和模型的可靠性。
After analysing the making of spiral broaches, the paper presents a new plan to produce it and its current geometry model with grinding edges on both sides of the slot as well. Through the computation of several kinds of tooth profile broaches the reliability of the plan is proved out.
