摘要
采用扫描电子显微镜、能谱分析、金相显微镜及电化学性能测试等方法研究了Sn含量及热处理对Al-Sn-Bi-Mn合金组织及电化学性能的影响。结果表明,含1.0%Sn的Al-Sn-Bi-Mn铝合金牺牲阳极在淡水中具有良好的电化学性能,电流效率为45.2%,经580℃10 h固溶、150℃6 h时效热处理后,电流效率达到51.3%,且腐蚀均匀,产物易脱落。
The effects of Sn content and heat treatment on microstructure and electrochemical properties of Al-Sn-Bi-Mn alloys had been studied by means of scanning electron microscopy(SEM),energy dispersive spectrometer(EDS),photograph microscopy and electrochemical test.The results showed that the aluminum alloy containing 1.0% Sn had satisfying electrochemical performance in freshwater,and its current efficiency reached 45.17%.After solution treatment at 580 ℃for 10 h and aging treatment at 150 ℃ for 6 h,the current efficiency of the sample increased to 51.33%.The corrosion of the sample surface was uniform and the corrosion products were shed easily.
