摘要 根据规范和桥梁防护实例总结得到大气金属结构一般采用的防腐蚀方案。根据青海省三道河桥所处的环境特点设计了以热浸锌、水性环氧云铁涂料和水性氟树脂涂料组成的涂层体系,并预估了该配套体系的使用寿命。该体系环境友好,防护性能与溶剂型氟树脂涂料相当。该涂层体系于2007年应用于青海三道河桥钢腹板上,经2008年检查,涂层完好,光泽好,无粉化脱落等缺陷。 Based on the specifications and bridge anticorrosion examples,commonly used anticorrosion methods for metal structure in atmospheric environment were obtained.According to the environmental characteristics in Sandaohe bridge of Qinghai province,an anticorrosion system of hot-dip zinc,waterborne epoxy micaceous iron coating and waterborne fluororesin coating was designed,and the using life of the coating system was estimated.The coating system is environment-friendly,and its protective performance is equal to the solvent-based fluororesin coating system.The coating system applied to Sandaohe bridge in 2007 was in good condition with good luster,without pulverization and coating falls when checked in 2008.
