摘要
通过材料化学成分分析、扫描电镜、能谱分析、金相检验等手段,对废碱处理塔蒸汽分布器失效原因进行了检验和分析,认为蒸汽分布器失效是由高温硫腐蚀及流体冲刷联合作用所致。为防止事故的重复发生,建议选择耐硫腐蚀的高铬含铝稀土合金或使用专用涂层、改进分布器结构设计等。
The failure of steam distributor in waste caustic reactor was investigated by analyses of chemical composition,SEM,EDS and metallography.It was concluded that high-temperature sulfur corrosion and fluid erosion were the main causes of the failure,and corresponding improvement measures were put forward.
