HPLC法测定抗骨增生片中淫羊藿苷含量研究

Determinnation on the contents of icariin in Kanggu-zengsheng tablets by HPLC

为建立抗骨增生片中淫羊藿苷含量的高效液相色谱(HPLC)测定方法,采用LC-10ATVP型高效液相色谱仪,流动相:乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(27∶73),流速:1.0 mL/min,检测波长:270 nm。结果显示,淫羊藿苷在0.104-0.520μg范围内呈良好线性关系(r=0.999 9);淫羊藿苷含量不少于0.20 mg/片;平均回收率为98.497%,RSD为1.217%。表明该方法简便,专属性强,重复性好,可用于该产品的质量控制。

To determine the content of icariin in Kanggu-zengsheng tablets by HPLC,LC-10ATVP-ODS-C18（4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm） was used,the mobile phase was consisted of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid（27∶73）,the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,the detecting wavelength was 270 nm.Results：The method was linear with the range of 0.104-0.520 μg for icariin（r=0.999 9）;Icariin contents in Kangguzengsheng tablets was more than 0.20mg/tablet.The average recovery was 98.497% and RSD was 1.217%.The methods are simple with strong specificity and good reproducibility,and can be used as the quality control of this preparation.
