摘要
地区治理与地区一体化相互依存、相互强化。随着一体化进程的推进,欧盟构建了独特的多主体、多层级、多模式的治理体系,并取得了较好成效,使欧盟成为当今国际社会的重要力量。但同时,它也面临着共同利益与国家利益协调、欧盟内部政策协调、治理效率与主权让渡等方面的发展困境。欧盟治理仍然处在不断的调整与转变过程当中。
Regional governance and regional integration are interdependent and mutual-strengthened. With the advancement of the European integration,EU has constructed its' unique system of governance of multigents,multi-levels,multimodes. Though it has gained great accomplishment and EU has become one of the most important power in current international society,European governance is meeting developing dilemma including the coordination between regional common interests and state interests,the coordination of EU' internal policies,the coordination between governance efficiency and sovereignty transfer. European governance is still on the procession of continuous adjustment and transformation.
