An Evolution and Development Survey of the Centennial History of the Western Enterprise Organization Theory

科学主义、人文主义和文化主义企业管理理论体系分别对应着西方企业管理理论在古典、现代和当代的发展。依托于这三个时代和三个理论体系,西方企业组织理论在六个方面历经了三种发展状态,同时伴随着机械科层制、有机科层制和社会系统制的企业组织结构模型变革。在历史演变和逻辑发展的角度,三个时代和三个体系、三种状态、三种模型之间存在着辩证统一的关系。

The scientism,humanism and culturalism enterprise management theory system respectively correspond to the development of the western enterprise management theory in the classical,modern and contemporary times.Relying on the three times and three theory systems,the western enterprise organization theory has three kinds of development state in six ways,accompanied by the enterprise organizational structure model changes of mechanical bureaucracy,organic bureaucracy and social system.From the viewpoint of historical evolution？and logical development, the dialectical integration of the three times and three systems,three states, three models is profoundly analyzed and strengthened.
