试论建筑节能的新观念

New concepts of building energy conservation

从我国经济可持续发展和能源需求侧管理的角度出发，根据国际学术界讨论的热点，提出了在建筑节能领域中值得深入探讨的一些新观念：（１）从单纯抑制需求发展到提高能效比；（２）“终端”节能优先；（３）建筑节能与人居环境和地球环境密不可分的关系。从这些观点出发，就我国建筑节能技术的发展战略提出了建议。

According to the sustainable development theory, energy demand side management and international topics in professional world, proposes a few novel concepts in the building energy conservation field: (1) from restraining demand alone to increasing building energy efficiency; (2) to give priority to end use energy conservation; (3) close relations between building energy efficiency and human settlement and global environment.From these view points makes some suggestions on developing strategy of domestic building energy efficiency technology.
