摘要
采用分相模型计算了系统中两相区内制冷剂的质量分布,在系统性能模拟的基础上,采用分段累积的方法研究了影响总充注量的因素,提出确定最佳充注量的原则:在制冷量达到要求时,空调器的能效比EER最大。测定了最佳充注量下各部件的状态,试验结果和理论计算吻合较好。
Using a void fraction correlation calculates the mass distribution in two phase region in the system. Based on the steady state simulation of system, studies the optimal refrigerant charge in air conditioners by integrating and accumulating in sections. Proposes that the charge be taken as optimal when EER is the highest and the design cooling capacity is achieved. The measured conditions of each conponents fit well with those from the theoretical model.
