以热固性酚醛树脂和高铝水泥为原材料 ,采用双辊剪切混炼和二阶段热压养护等加工手段 ,制作了一类新型高强无宏观缺陷 (MDF)水泥基材料 ,采用傅立叶转换红外光谱 (FT -IR)、X射线衍射谱 (XRD)
The essential components of phenol resin-cement macro defect free composites were alcohol soluble phenol resin precursor and high alumina cement. The composites were prepared by mixing the raw materials in a kneader-style mixer and forming plastic sheet. The resulting sheet were further cured in a hot-pressing equipment. The microstructures of the composites were explored primarily by making use of FT-IR spectrometry and XRD and its forming procedure was discussed in this paper.
