摘要
引言
全承载客车车身骨架几乎承受着客车的所有静、动态载荷,因此,其结构设计对整车性能起着举足轻重的作用。客车车身骨架是由薄壁杆件构成的空间结构,其受力情况比较复杂,结构分析难度比较大。
The finite element model of some produced integral coach body frame has been established.Using the finite element model,the author analyzed the stiffness and strength of the coach body frame in bending condition,bending and twisting condition,emergency braking condition and emergency turning condition.And the author made modal analysis on the structure of the coach body frame.
