On 2009 Service Conference held recently,Dongfeng Cummins announced its new service program which was themed as'proactive service and reinforced technical strength'.This action plan is to comprehensively upgrade the level of the integrated service capabilities and increase the total customer satisfaction.In addition,it also would greatly help those whole-vehicles manufacturers as well as end-users adapt to the transition to the era of the electronic-control technology,so as to effectively build up the brand of'Expert Service'.
