摘要
引言
混合动力客车将发动机、电动机及储能装置(超级电容)组合在一起,它们之间的合理匹配和优化控制,可充分发挥内燃机客车和电动汽车的优点,并尽可能地避免各自的不足,是目前可商业化运行的低排放、低油耗客车。与传统客车相比,笔者所在公司生产的并联混合动力客车配备驱动电机、超级电容系统、电机控制器和整车控制器等。
PHEV bus structure status is quite different from the conventional bus's,because the motor and the super-capacitor are added to the bus. A FEM model for the body and the frame structures of a PHEV bus is established. The strength,stiffness and modal are analyzed under various working conditions. Based on the analysis results,the structures are modified and in addition a lightweight design for the structures is suggested and examined by FEM.
