摘要 多年的充分竞争导致客车企业需要面临很多问题,最重要的莫过于与资本相关的3个营业指标。 (1)净利润。2009年,据上市公司财务报表可推算,客车行业平均利润不足2百分点,这是一个近乎极端的数字。或许是竞争充分导致,或许是行业成熟后必将接近低利润的规律,总而言之,客车行业的净利润极低。 The article discussed variety of activities and practices of building value-chain among the bus and coach industry, and looked into the key point of profit increasing for bus and coach manufacturers. And it also analyzed the possibility of changing from profit-oriented operation to cost-oriented one in after-sale service. In terms of currently popular intelligent management module among the industry, the article discussed the potential contribution that such module could help bus and coach manufacturers make sustainable profits through their after-sale service.
