购企业员工组织承诺影响因素模型探讨

摘要 并组织承诺是用手反映雇员和组织之间的心理契约。当前流行的观点是行为说和态度说。结合传统组织承诺的影响因素模型和并购企业的特点,三究影响并购企业组织承诺的因素发现,并购企业组织承诺的影响因素主要分为三大类,分别是与个人有关的因素、与工作有关的因素及与组织有关的因素。这一研究方法本文的创新体现在两个方面:将组织承诺影响因素应用于并购企业的研究;提出了并购因素对并购企业组织承诺的影响,从而完整了并购企业组织承诺影响因素的框架。其不足之处在于并购企业组织承诺影响因素模型尚处于构建阶段,没有对模型进行实证验证,模型的路径是否成立或者还有其他的路径等,仍需要进一步探讨。
