摘要
环境温度的改变和传感器工作温度的漂移严重影响KJ类传感器的检测精度、稳定性以及重复性。本文采用新型的甲烷测试敏感元件,并采用硬件自校正技术,通过控制传感器内导通时间,使传感器工作在稳定的绝对温度下,从而抑制温度变化对传感器的干扰,提高该类传感器的工作稳定性。通过对含有CH_4气体检测的大量实验表明:该方法完全能够抑制环境温度变化对传感器的干扰,提高传感器性能。
The change of environment temperature and the variable of the transducer' s working temperature take great effect on the detecting precision, the stability and repetition of KJ transducer, the transducer use a new methane sensitive components, and control the sensor in on-time with the help of hardware self-adapt technology, it work at all invariable temperature, the temperature interfere call be restrained and stability of the transducer can be improved. The experiment results of the detecting gas CH4, show the methods can utterly keep the transducer from temperature interfere and enhance the sensor's stability.
