摘要
建立用高效液相色谱法测定工业废水中丙酮的方法。样品经简单的预处理后,通过Diomonsil C_(18)(2)5u色谱柱分离,以甲醇+水混合溶液为流动相进行洗脱,于254 nm波长下紫外检测,一次进样分析仅需4min,丙酮在0.1~50μg/L范围内的线性关系良好,在加标水平为10μg/L、30μg/L、40μg/L时,被测物的回收率为96.9%~104.7%。
We developed the high proficiency liquid chromatography (HPLC) way to determine the acetone in the industrial waste water ,we use the diomonsil C18(2)5u column ,and we apply methanol and water mixed solvent as the mobile phase ,the detector can determine the content of acetone within 4 rain using the wavelength 254 nm. with a good linear result, the correlation coefficient is 0.9998, while the recycling rate is in the range of 96.9%-104.7%.
