临床护理路径在腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者中的应用及探讨

Study on the effect of applying clinical nursing path's in patients with receiving LC

目的:探讨临床护理路径在腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)患者中的应用效果。方法:将140例手术患者随机分为实验组和对照组各70例进行对比,对照组实施传统诊疗护理模式,实验组实施临床护理路径模式。结果:实验组其术前等待时间减少,平均住院日缩短,平均住院费用降低,对疾病健康知识的掌握程度及满意度提高。与对照组比较,经统计学分析,均P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论:LC临床护理路径应用流程合理,利于规范医疗护理行为,提高医疗护理质量,患者受益,值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective： To explore the effect of applying clinical nursing path＇s in patients with receiving LC. Methods： 140 eases of patients with receiving LC were randomly divided into the investigation group（70 eases） and the control group（70 cases）. The former took the clinical nursing path＇s ,patients in control group received traditional nursing method, and then compared the nursing effect of them. Results： Compared with the control group, there is a significant reduction of average waiting time, average hospital stay and costs among the experimental group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Moreover, patients of the experimental group have gained more health knowledge and satisfactions （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions：It is reasonable to apply Clinical path on LC nursing because it could standardization the nursing procedure and improve the quality of nursing. Considering the benefits it brings to patients, Clinical nursing path should be promoted in clinical application.
