止嗽化痰胶囊的质量标准研究

Quality Standard of Zhisou Huatan Capsule

目的:建立止嗽化痰胶囊的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱(TLC)法对处方中的罂粟壳、大黄、甘草及陈皮、知母进行定性鉴别;用薄层色谱(TLC)法测定了罂粟壳中吗啡的含量。结果:罂粟壳、大黄、甘草及陈皮、知母的斑点清晰、分离度好,阴性无干扰;吗啡的检测浓度在0.93μg～8.56μg范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系(r=0.9984);平均回收率为100.2%,RSD=1.53%(n=6)。结论:所建标准可用于止嗽化痰胶囊的质量控制。

Objective：To establish the quality standard of Zhiseu Huatan capsules. Methods：The constituents of Papaver so mniferurum, Elsholtzia penduliflora,Glycyrrhiza squamulosa,Tangerine Peel Extract and Anemarrhena Bunge in Zhisou Huatan capsules were identified by TLC;and the content of Morphine in Papaver semniferurum was determined by TLC. Results：The TLC spots of Papaver somniferurum , Elsholtzia penduliflora, Glycyrrhiza squamulosa, Tangerine Peel Extract and Anemarrhena Bunge were all distinctive, well - separated and： the negative sample was no interference. The linear range of Morphine was 0. 93 ug - 8.56 ug, （ r = 0. 9984 ）, the average recovery was 100.2%, RSD was 1.53% （n = 6）. Conclusion ： The establish standard is suitable for the quality control of Zhisou Huatan capsules.
