孕期保健教育干预对新生儿健康状况影响的临床观察

Health education intervention during pregnancy on neonatal health status of the clinical observation

目的:观察孕期保健教育干预孕妇孕期营养对新生儿健康状况的影响。方法:随机将2009年1月至12月在我科接受孕检、足月单胎、住院分娩的孕妇195例中,参加孕期保健教育的孕妇和所产新生儿(98例)分为观察组,未参加孕期保健教育的孕妇和所产新生儿(97例)分为对照组。观察组孕妇通过孕期保健教育干预孕妇孕期营养,对照组则不与干预。通过两组新生儿健康指标(Apgar,s评分、头围、体重、身长、低出生体重儿出生率)的比较,来观察孕期保健教育干预孕妇孕期营养对新生儿健康状况的影响。结果:观察组新生儿的健康指标(Apgar,s评分、头围、体重)同对照组比较,经u检验,p<0.01,有显著性差异;身长指标经u检验,P>0.05,两组间无差异性。两组低出生体重儿的出生率经x2(x2=4.93)检验,P<0.05,差异性有统计学意义。结论:孕期保健教育干预孕妇孕期营养对新生儿健康状况影响明显,有利于胎儿的健康发育和新生儿健康素质的提高。

Objective： Observation of prenatal care to pregnant nutrition education intervention on the health status of newborn. Method ： Randomly in January 2009 to Deeembor in our department to accept pregnancy test, full - term single birth, hospital delivery in 195 cases of pregnant women, to participate in health education of pregnant women during pregnancy and the neonates （98 cases） were divided into test group,no participate in health education of pregnant women during pregnancy and the neonates （97 eases） were divided into control group. Observation group of pregnant women through antenatal care during pregnancy nutrition education intervention, and intervention control group did not. By two groups of newborn health indicators （ Apgar＇s score, head circumference, weight, height, low birth weight child birth） and compared to observe the prenatal care of pregnant women during pregnancy nutrition education intervention on the health status of newborns. Results：Observer Group newborn health indicators （Apgar score, head circumference, body weight） compared with the control group, hy the u tests, P 〈 0.01, significant difference; length indicator tests by u, P 〉 0.05, no difference.Two groups of children with low birth weight births by x2 （x2 = 4.93 ） test, P 〈 0.05, there are statistics significance on difference. Conclusion： Health education intervention in maternal nutrition during pregnancy on neonatal health status of significant and conducive to the healthy development of the fetus and to improve the quality of neonatal health.
