手术治疗外伤性脾破裂的临床分析

目的:探讨手术治疗外伤性脾破裂的效果与方法选择。方法:对32例外伤性脾破裂患者根据具体情况分别采用各种不同手术方法进行治疗。结果:32例患者中行脾切除25例,单纯性脾修补5例,脾动脉结扎保脾手术2例。31例痊愈,1例死亡,死亡原因为出血性休克时间过长,痊愈率为96.9%;术后并发症与随访结果好。结论:根据外伤性脾破裂的具体情况,针对性选择治疗方法,既可最大限度地保留脾脏功能,又能安全有效地抢救生命,减少并发症,降低病死率。

Objective：To evaluate the surgical treatment of traumatic rupture of the effect and Methods. Resnits：32 patients splenectomy Bank of China,25 cases,5 cases of simple repair spleen,splenic artery ligation, splenectomy in 2 cases. 31 cases cured, one case of death, cause of death was prolonged hemorrhagic shock, cure rate was 96.9 % ; postoperative complications and follow - up results well. Conclusion ： According to the specific circumstances of splenic injury, specific choice of treatment, can maximize the preserve splenic function, and can safely and effectively to save lives, reduce complications and mortality.
