摘要
目的:建立以HPLC法测定舒胸胶囊中人参皂苷Rg1含量的方法。方法:采用ThermoC18(200mm×4.6mm,5μm)柱,以乙腈:水(21:79)为流动相,检测波长:203nm,流速1.0ml.min-1。结果:人参皂苷Rg1在0.4408μg～2.425μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9998,平均加样回收率为99.4%。结论:本方法操作简便,方法可靠,结果准确、灵敏度高,重现性好,可作为该产品质量控制的方法。
Objective：To establish a HPLC method for determination of GinsenosideRgl in Shuxiong capsules. Method： Thermo C 18 （200mm × 4.6mm ,5 um）Column was used. The mobile phase was acetonitrile：water =21：79 ,the detecting wavelength was at 203nm,tbe flow rate was 1.0ml . min -1. Result：The linear range of GinsenosideRg1 was within 0. 4408ug - 2.425 ug. r = 0. 9998, the average recovery was 99.4%. Conclusion ：This method has good repeatability,flexibility and high sensitivity. It can be used for quality control of Shuxiong capsules.
