胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔行急诊胃大部分切除60例体会

Gastric ulcer perforation underwent emergency the most of all gastric 60 Cases

目的:探讨胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔行急诊胃大部分切除可行性。方法:对我院收治60例该疾病患者临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:60例患者全部手术成功,术后早期胃出血1例,胃排空障碍3例,经及时处理按时痊愈出院,随访2年未出现远期并发症。结论:手术应严格掌握适应症和操作常规,术后出现异常应及时处理,让早期并发症消灭在萌芽状态。

Objective：To investigate the most of all gastric ulcer perforation feasibility of emergency the most of all gastric. Methods：60 cases treated in our hospital patients with the disease were retrospectively analyzed. Results：60 patients were successfully operated,early postoperative gastric bleeding in I case,3 cases of delayed gastric emptying, were discharged by the timely processing of time and followed up for 2 years with no long - term complications. Conclusion：The surgical indications should be strictly controlled and operation of conventional, abnormal operation should be in time, to nip in the bud early complications.
