自制口腔冲洗针头在口内术后的护理应用

Nursing with Self-made needles in the oral rinse after oral surgery

目的:探讨自制口腔冲洗针头冲洗法在口内术后的疗效。方法:我院对158例患者口内术后应用自制口腔冲洗针头实施口腔冲洗,观察其临床疗效及不良反应情况。结果:本组患者158例,术后无口腔异味,口腔内刀口均一期甲级愈合,无伤口感染及呼吸系统感染发生,患者均已康复出院。治疗过程中无并发症及不良反应事件。结论:自制口腔冲洗针头冲洗法应用于口内术后护理,临床疗效确切,操作简便,患者乐于接受,值得推广应用。

Objective：To investigate the self-made oral rinse needle in the mouth after rinsing efficacy. Methods ：158 patients in our hospital on postoperative mouth rinse needles made of oral mouth rinse, clinical efficacy and adverse reactions. Results：158 cases of patients, no postoperative mouth odor, mouth blade with primary healing class,no wound infection and respiratory infection, patients have been discharged. Course of treatment without complications and adverse events. Conclusion：The self- made needle -washing method used in oral rinse mouth postoperative care, clinical curative effect, simple operation, patients are willing to accept,should be widely applied.
