中西药结合保留灌肠加复方角菜酸酯栓治疗溃疡性直肠炎119例疗效观察

Therapentic Effect of Combined Enema and Tirtanoerein Suppository of Chinese Medicine and Western Drugs for 119 Patients with Effect Obervation

目的:为观察中西药结合保留灌肠加复方角菜酸酯栓治疗溃疡性直肠炎的治疗效果。方法:将溃疡性直肠炎患者119例随机分为2组,治疗组61例用中西药结合保留灌肠加复方角菜酸酯栓治疗溃疡性直肠炎,对照组58例用柳氮磺吡啶、生理盐水保留灌肠治疗。结果:综合评定两组治疗的有效率,治疗组96.72%,显著高于对照组84.48(,P<0.05。结论:中西药结合保留灌肠加复方角菜酸酯栓治疗溃疡性直肠炎疗效明显,副作用少。

Objective：To observe therapeutic effects of combined enema and Compound Carraghenates Suppositories. Methods： 119 Clinically confirmed patients were divided into two groups randomly. One group of 61 patients underwent above - mentioned therapy and was compared with another group of 58 patients who were subjected to SASP retention enema. Results：Total effective rate was 96.72%. Therapeutic effects of enema group were significantly better than that of controlled group （ the excellent rate were 84.48 %, p 〈 0.05）. Conclusion：The combined enema and Compound Carraghenates Suppositories has distinct effects and less side effects.
