高效液相色谱法测定MPA含量及有关物质 被引量:1

摘要 目的:建立霉酚酸的HPLC法测定霉酚酸含量及有关物质检测方法。方法:采用phenomenexC8色谱柱(250mm×4.6?m×,5?m),流动相:三乙胺磷酸缓冲液(取纯水990mL,加入三乙胺10mL,用磷酸调节PH至5.4)-乙腈(60∶40),检测波长250nm,流速:1.0mL/min。结果:霉酚酸浓度在200.17~480.41?g/mL范围内,与峰面积呈良好的的线性关系(r=0.9998),最低检测限为0.1ng。结论:本法简便,专属,重现性好,可用于测定霉酚酸含量及相关物质。
