摘要
目的探讨肺癌与糖尿病的相关性。方法对2002年1月至2007年12月在本院住院的41例肺癌合并2型糖尿病患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果肺癌患者合并2型糖尿病的比例明显高于非肿瘤患者。化疗前确诊的糖尿病患者化疗期间血糖有不同程度的升高,化疗后继发的糖尿病患者化疗结束后有所缓解。结论肺癌与2型糖尿病有明显相关性。
Objective To study the correlation between lung cancer and type-2 diabetes.Method Forty-one lung cancer patients with type-2 diabetes from January 2004 to December 2007 were studied retrospectively.Results The incidence of type-2 diabetes in lung cancer patients was higher than that in subjects without lung cancers.There was no statistically significant differences in age and gender between these two groups.In the patients with type-2 diabetes diagnosed before chemotherapy,the blood glucose rose to varying degrees during the chemotherapy.In the cases of type-2 diabetes which was caused by chemotherapy,the diabetes was relieved after the chemotherapy.Conclusion Lung cancer is significantly correlated with type-2 diabetes.
