北京地区184例健康人肠道菌群值的调查

A SURVEY ON THE CRITERIA OF INTESTINAL FLORA OF 184 HEALTH PEOPLE IN BEIJING

本文对北京地区１８４例７－６９岁健康人的粪便菌群中的肠杆菌、肠球菌、拟杆菌、产气荚膜梭菌、双歧杆菌、乳杆菌等６种细菌进行了培养、计数和鉴定。结果表明：肠杆菌６０７±１８０、肠球菌６１３±１４５、拟杆菌４５７±１７７、产气荚膜梭菌４０６±１５２、双歧杆菌８３２±０９６、乳杆菌７８２±０８６（ＬｏｇＮ／克便）；男性和女性相比，除产气荚膜梭菌男性明显高于女性（Ｐ＜００５）外，其余５种菌均无显著性差异；７－１８岁年龄组肠杆菌极显著地低于平均值（Ｐ＜００１），６１—６９岁年龄组双歧杆菌明显低于平均值（Ｐ＜００５）；双歧杆菌与肠杆菌之比Ｂ／Ｅ值。

The fecal flora of 184 cases of health people in Beijing were studied 6 kinds of germs, including Enterobacillus, Enterococcus, Bacteroides, Clostridium perfringens, Bifidobacteria, Lactobacillus were cultured, counted and identified. The results showed that the content of individual germ was Enterobacillus 6.07±1.80, Enterococcus 6.13±1.45, Bacteroides 4.57±1.77, Clostridium perfringens 4.06±1.52, Bifidobacteria 8.32±0.96, Lactobacillus 7.82±0.86. When we compared men with women, we found that there were no significant differences in these germs except for Clostridium perfringens (P<0 05). In children (7-18 years old), the criterion of Enterobacillus was very significantly lower than the average value (P<0 01); in old people (61-69 years old), the criterion of Bifidobacteria was significantly lower than the average value (P<0 05). B/E value of children (7-18 years old) was 57.5 times that of old people (61-69 years old).
