耐氧双歧杆菌及其B-CW对荷瘤鼠TNF-α的体内诱导

PRODUTION OF MOUSE TUMOR NECROSIS FACTOR ALPHA IS INDUCED IN VIVE BY OXYGEN-RESISTANT BIFIDOBAC TERIUM AND IT'S CELL WALLS

本文采用放射免疫方法（ＲＩＡ），检测荷Ｓ１８０肿瘤小鼠外周血中ＴＮＦ－α的含量，观察双歧杆菌（Ｂｉｆｉｄｏｂａｃｔｅｒｉｕｍ）及其细菌壁（ＣｅｌＷａｌｓｏｆＢｉｆｉｄｏｂａｃｔｅｒｉｕｍ，Ｂ－ＣＷ）的免疫调节作用，探讨其抗肿瘤机制。结果表明该菌及其Ｂ－ＣＷ均可明显地促进机体产生ＴＮＦ－α。

A strain of Oxygen-resistant Bifidobacterium and it's cell walls were used to treat the mice with S 180 Sarcoma, To investigate the role of cytokiues in interaction between Bifidobacterium or it's cell walls and the immune system, we used Radioimmunoassay (RIA) to measure prodution of TNF-α (tumor necrosis factor alpha) from serum of mice after 5 times stimulation with bacterium and it's cell walls. It was found that TNF-α was greatly induced in vivo with Bifido baceerium and it's cell walls. Our resules sugges that Bifido bacterium and it's wall can play an antitumor effect via stimulating nonspectific immunity.
