顾客价值的差异化源自于顾客对顾客价值构成要素的差异化要求。顾客价值的差异化给企业带来了挑战,但也能够给企业创造持久有效地竞争优势。本文指明了实现顾客价值差异化给企业带来竞争优势的原因,分析了顾客价值差异化优势的形成机理。
The segmentation of customer value comes from customer's segmented demand on its constitution factor.The segmentation of customer value gives enterprises challenges while it also can form durable competitive advantage.This article pointed out the reason why the realization of segmented customer value can form durable competitive advantage and analysed its formation mechanism.
