摘要
通过分析我国公司债务期限结构的特征及其影响债务期限结构的因素,得出我国上市公司债务期限结构管理存在的问题,并提出合理债务期限结构的实现途径。
After analyzing the characteristics and influence factors of listed company＇s debt maturity structure,we deduce many problems exist in debt maturity structure management of listed companies,so propose some approaches to establish reasonable debt maturity structure.
