摘要
本文结合商业房地产的特点,首先介绍了商业房地产项目后评价内容,然后针对目前商业房地产项目后评价中存在的一些问题,为房地产企业全面开展后评价工作提出了几点建议。
Combining the characteristic of the commercial real estate,this paper first introduces the contents,then,aiming at some problems existed in the commercial real estate project post evaluation at present,this paper puts out some advices about the real estate companies＇development on post evaluation.
